A large number of companies, partners and personalities gathered at the Sporthotel Leweck in Lipperscheid on 28th June 2018 on the occasion of the "Positive Actions" award ceremony. The positive action programme became an institution in itself in the fight for better gender balance in every stage of life. Companies that care about creating a healthy working environment based on the observance of fundamental values, are given the opportunity to draw from a pool of tools that are required to create a culture of equality.
Seven winners
The 2018 edition of the "Positive Actions" award ceremony awarded seven companies from various economic sectors, for their exemplary commitment towards gender equality and for delivering their action plan. And the winners are:

As part of the "Positive actions" programme, a satisfaction survey of the seven participating companies was conducted. It concerned, in particular, equal treatment and the reconciliation of work and private life.
Gender equality: a fundamental value of all companies
Every company taking part in "Positive Actions" can, after an assessment, obtain ministerial approval, financial support, in addition to an award of distinction from the Ministry of Equal Opportunities. The company will also have to share the objectives it set itself to reach better gender balance within 24 months after obtaining ministerial approval.
